Hard-headed Dinosaurs

Hard-headed Dinosaurs

By Robin Birch; Chelsea Clubhouse 2003

Summary: Describes the appearance, eating habits, and habitat of hard-headed dinosaurs which includes the Pachycephalosaurus, Psittacosaurus, Triceratops, Styracosaurus, and Pachyrhinosaurus.

My Review: This was an easy read. I fully enjoy the pictures of the dinosaurs, fossils, bones, etc… In this book they bold vocabulary words to look up in the glossary at the back of the book. It also give the names and meaning of the dinosaurs, which I found fascinating. Dinosaur means terrible lizard. Cool Huh?

Watch Out For: Dinosaur pictures may seem scary to younger children
